​DON BEARHAM (Co-CEO, CFO): Here I have the chance to help a new market develop

• Don  worked as an inter-dealer broker at Tullett's (London and New York), Intercapital (London and New York).  He was a founding partner at Vyapar Capital Market Partners, a boutique firm at the forefront of electronic brokerage for derivative products. 

• His clients included major global financial institutions, and his product range encompassed rates, interest rate swaps, forward FX, and cross-currency swaps. 

• Don built and developed the multi-product pricing engine that forms the basis of the GB Dragon platform.

STEPHEN GOULD (Co-CEO, CTO): Innovate or stagnate? I prefer to innovate!

• Stephen worked at Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and Deloitte, in a variety of roles.  

• At Vyapar Capital Market Partners, Stephen managed Wall Street's first electronic brokerage platforms for swaptions and inflation derivatives.  He also produced regular research pieces on catastrophe and weather derivatives, credit default swaps, and the energy markets.

• Stephen provided the analytics underpinning our pricing engine, and devised the DragonX indices.
